Sonic The Hedgehog

I bought Sonic Collection today.

I'm waiting for the snow to make an appearance here. Snow is usually a complete annoyance to me. However as I'm not working at the moment, it doesn't bother me so much. Seeing as I've got time to enjoy it, rather than it hindering travel to work like earlier in the year. Might get out the old plastic sled that's been sat in the garage for years.

I picked up these sexy boots from The Post Office today.

I've finally sorted out things with hairtrade. They decided to email me yesterday past 5pm (so, after their phone lines close) telling me that they had received my order back and asking for me to contact them if I anted a refund (which was not the case). Gave them a call today and sorted it out. However was told there was no point in paying for next day delivery because of the weather warnings. So will have to wait even longer...sigh.

Metal and Christmas

Spent most of today in bed watching Metalocalypse. Wouldn't it awesome to live in a world like that? It would be so metal!

So, it's nearly December already. I don't know where this year has gone. So much has happened. Near the start of the year a group of us went to see Beardyman. I moved out for a total of four months. I went to Sonisphere Festival for one day, and saw the mighty Slayer!! I quit my job of two and a half years. And met my gorgeous Boyfriend at Danowar Fest.

Christmas is still over a month away but yet all the shops are stocking related items and have decorations up. Maybe like five years ago I would have been getting excited by now, however as you get older you kinda start seeing it as just another day, especially when you've worked on the day.

I wish this TV was available in the UK.

History is a lie

Thought I would share a picture of my room.

Just got back from my third driving lesson. Still feeling quite nervous. However gears changes are getting better. Just need to learn to stop getting distracted by over vehicles and people. Looking forward to the day when I have my own car and have passed my test...more gigs for me :)

Just lately been getting into some pretty intense conversations with my friend Sam. Mainly about how most of history is a lie, and how most people believes these lies even though the truth is easy to find if you just look. In fact just reading cracked.com (a comedy website) you can find out all sorts of things, like that Newton didn't discover gravity by an apple falling on his head and that Marie Antoinette never said "Let them eat cake" and wasn't a bitch. I guess I'm kind of simplifying things but these are just examples of things that we are taught that are false.

This returns back to yesterday's blog post, including a link to the Earthlings website. People are ignorant of where their food comes from.

"If slaughterhouses had glass walls, wouldn't we all be Vegetarians?"

*For the record, I am not a Vegetarian

I received this awesome skirt in the post yesterday.

I don't think I'm gonna quit smoking for a while. It's an important part of my morning routine, to have a fag and a cuppa tea. I feel really disoriented if I don't stick to my routine.

Earthlings + Crypt of Locusts

Today a friend posted a link on my Facebook.

I suggest taking an hour and a half of your time to watch this movie.

First Post - things as of now

So, my first post on this blog.
Today started badly.

I had to go back to the old flat. I ordered a new set of hair extensions sometime last week, and only just realised that I had entered the incorrect delivery address. I walked into town hoping that whoever lived there would be in, however when someone finally answered the door I was informed that it had been delivered however they had returned the package. So now I'm having to wait until the company receives the package and then for them to send it back at my cost. It's my own fault, however if the residents had just kept it and waited for me to pick it up everything would have been a lot simpler.

Today it's Ian's birthday.
I'm watching the newest Harry Potter movie online. Hedwig's death caused me to burst into tears. I'm really emotional today.
I need a job, this is getting stupid. Out of all which I've applied to barely any have got back in contact. Dad's on my back about my unemployment.
